Re your conversation about future Asian-American characters/actors in the MCU – you seem to have forgotten about Agents of Shield. Other than Agent Coulson, there hasn’t been much crossover with the film side of the franchise, but we live in hope. Anyway, Agents of Shield is propelled by Asian American/Canadian women- showrunner/head writer Maurissa Tancharoen, Chloe Bennet (Daisy/Skye), and Ming-na Wen (Melinda May). Maurissa has done interviews about working actively to bring more people of Asian descent into the industry, in front of and behind the camera.
