We also discuss Made for Love on HBO Max starring Cristin Milioti as a young woman, on the run after 10 years in a suffocating marriage to a tech billionaire, suddenly realizes that her husband has implanted a revolutionary monitoring device in her brain that allows him to track her every move.
In Movies we talk about the video game documentary Not a Game on Netflix. We also discuss the new Idris Elba film Concrete Cowboy also on Netflix where a teenager discovers the world of urban horseback riding when he moves in with his estranged father in North Philadelphia.
In News Adam Wingard is going to direct a Thundercats movie and we have some of the worst casting choices ever. American Gods was canceled by Starz but could find new life elsewhere. Sylvester Stallone is writing a Rocky Prequel series for streaming. And the Knives Out franchise has been bought by Netflix.
In Marvel News Russel Crowe joins the cast of Thor: Love and Thunder.
In DC News James Wan’s The Trench and Ava DuVernay’s New Gods have been scrapped.
And in Star Wars news we talk about the Obi-Wan Kenobi cast.
