It’s Episode 257. This one gets a little hectic and crazy. Not gonna lie. Anyway, the Leftovers are joined Rebekah Dahling and first time guest Sara Nightly of the Comp My Pod podcast.
In Good Pop Bad Pop we are talking about the new film Bohemian Rhapsody out now in theaters. Brian talks about Nobody’s Fool starring Tiffany Haddish, Free Solo and The Nutcracker and the Four Realms. Jake talks about a new anime he’s watching Zombieland Saga. Sara talks about ER on Hulu as well as Knightfall on the History Channel. And Rebekah talks about the new film Beautiful Boy starring Timothy Chalamet and Steve Carell.
In News we’re talking about the possible Legend of Zelda TV series being developed by Adi Shankar. A possible Gladiator sequel from Ridley Scott. JJ Abrams may land a huge deal with a streaming service. New Game of Thrones prequel news. Showtime is looking to cast Master Chief for their Halo series. And we talk about Stranger Things Day coming November 6th.
In Marvel News we speculate about what Avengers 4 will be about and we also talk about the Falcon and Winter Soldier series coming to Disney Play. In DC News Brian and Rebekah give their thoughts on the first 4 episodes of DC Universe’s TITANS. We also talk about some Birds of Prey news most notably Ewan McGregor being in talks to play the villain Black Mask.
